- $10.00 per signature for Notarization with Acknowledgement.
- $10.00 per signature for Notarization with Jurat.
- $10.00 per Certified Copy of Power of Attorney.
- $10.00 per Protest of Non-payment.
- $5.00 per Notice of Protest.
- $5.00 per Recording a Protest.
- $20.00 per Deposition (does not include $5 for oath and $5 for certificate).

Loan Document Packages
Fees will be quoted at the time assignment is offered. The quoted fee will include all seals, and presentation of documents.
There is an additional fee for documents received via fax or email.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
Payment must be cash, cashier's check, check, or money order in US funds.
Payee should be listed as Kathleen Stover.
Cancellations
If we keep the appointment but the signing is not complete (proper identification not available, cancellation of loan, etc.), full fee must still be paid.
