commonly work with Real Estate, Mortgage Banking Institutions, lenders, brokers, escrow, title agents,
and other legal professionals. Available for contract of in-house or temp work.
I enjoy being able to assist homebound senior citizens and residents of assisted living centers when they
need a document notarized. I also serve Convalescent Homes, Hospitals, Office/Businesses and Residences.
I accept EDocs, Faxes, Overnight documents, and same day signings. Same day signings
are available by appointment to expedite the funding of your loan.
Same-day and 24-hour appointments are also available for General Notorial requests.

Each signer must present one of the following valid photo ID cards, current or issued with the past 5 years:
Driver's license or non-driver's ID from California or another state
· Driver's license from Mexico or Canada
· US military ID card
· Foreign passport stamped by the USCIS
· Current U.S. passport
